Prototyped and employed various methods for user research to refine the design of pervasive profiles in North Quad Residential Hall.

Designed and tested the UI for a dashboard + mobile application that helps drivers and riders coordinate during carpools and rideshares.

Incorporated game design into a personal informatics application for kids to track (and increase) their fruit and vegetable consumption.

Created an experience mapping toolkit to collect qualitative information from people with diabetes.
Treatment Planning Process User Research
Conducted contextual inquiry and utilized different modeling techniques to gain insight into the treatment planning process at the UM School of Dentistry.
Utilized several methods of systems evaluation to assess the online animal database "Grzimek's Animal Life".
